mObywatel is an application developed by the Ministry of Digital Affairs. This app allows users in Poland to securely and conveniently handle their official matters online.

With mObywatel, users can:

• Use various digital documents, including mDowód, mPrawo jazdy (including Temporary electronic driving license), ID cards (such as school, student's, and pensioner's ID cards), Large Family Card, Diia.pl, and more.
• Accomplish tasks from anywhere, such as submitting applications, processing e-prescriptions, and paying taxes.
• Access useful information for drivers, such as vehicle details, penalty points, and information about cars you plan to buy.
• Report environmental violations like illegal garbage dumps.
• Verify the validity of inspections and third-party liability insurance for buses or coaches.
• Check the air quality in your area.
• Confirm your data in the Central Voters Register and find your voting location for upcoming elections.
• Display train tickets for control in the Bilkom service.
